Windows of Opportunity is seeking the best tutors that Maui has to offer. We offer tutoring for grades 3rd - 12th and some college level tutoring.  Our academic offerings include mathematics, algebra, geometry, statistics, reading, english, language arts, social studies, history, ACT/SAT Test Prep, and College Prep. 


We offer tutoring at our private learning center, online - utilizing state-of-the-art video conferencing and also concierge/mobile tutoring at the student's home, etc.

 
Tutoring sessions are offered after school on weekdays, during furlough Fridays, some Saturdays and for home school students; during weekdays. 


Tutors choose their own schedule and area of the island for assignments. 
Most assignments are long term with sessions once or twice per week ranging from one hour to three hours each. 

Starting pay is $15.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on your qualifications and the assignment.

We are currently seeking qualified Educational Consultants.


Windows of Opportunity, an established, locally owned, educational services company seeks an educational sales consultant to sell our full line of tutoring and home school support services to local parents, community groups, associations, schools, professionals, etc.  Our educational sales consultant can expect to make a minimum of $50,000.00 per year. This is a career that offers a valuable service to our community, services that you can be proud of. 

 

This is not an inside sales or order taking position. This position is for outsides sales. Approximately 70% phone sales and 30% in person sales and you must be capable of developing your own leads for sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years successful outside sales experience, preferably using a consultative approachAbility to follow a sales and marketing plan to develop your own leadsExcellent prospecting and market development skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf motivated Self starterThis is a telecommuting position and requires a home office or suitable location with a phone line or mobile phone service,  modern PC, printer, web cam and broadband internet service

We partner with well respected curriculum partners like K12, Brigham Young University and Ashworth to provide accredited and comprehensive curriculum for our K-12 students.

 

We maintain a special sales web site just for our sales staff which includes lead and sales tracking, sales tips, direct chat communication with our office, updated price lists, sales and marketing materials, curriculum prices and information and downloadable sales and order forms.
